The Firm was initially formed under the name and Style of “M/s Smart Power Solution” during the year 2001. Later it was upgraded and renamed as M/s SPS (Pvt.) Ltd. in July 2010 having its registered Head Office at Lahore. With increased professional activities in North & Center, a Zonal Office was opened in Islamabad.

Our Specializations

We specialize in civil works, electrical works, and maintenance works, paving, cellular sites including sites survey, site acquisition and lease management. Since inception, we have completed a large number of projects of variable nature. Our service range is typically throughout Pakistan. SPS has built a solid reputation for market excellence, drawing on a rich history and a strong heritage of quality, stability and innovative leadership in the marketplace. Today, we are one of the main civil and electrical engineering contractors in the Telecom industry, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and many other institutions and autonomous bodies, for civil as well as electrical works. SPS currently has about 130 combined seasonal and full-time employees, including registered professional engineers and graduate engineers. Several of our foremen and operators have rich experience in construction spanning over many years.

In addition to our traditional role of civil and electrical contractor, we play a leading role in the design, construction and management of Telecom/ Cellular projects. We have the experience and the in-house facilities to undertake any traditional or turnkey project by whatever procurement method clients may require.

The diversity of our projects has been critical to our success. Not only in the area of civil and electrical construction, our clients and portfolio of projects reflect all sectors of the building industry, spanning both the public and private sector.
